About Kristin
Kristin Sunderhaft is a leading LPGA Golf Professional at the beautiful Anthem CC. She has been a Class A member of the LPGA Professional Division for 8 years. With over fifteen years of teaching and tournament experience Kristin teaches all skill levels, men and women, girls and boys, from beginner to professional and children as young as three years old.
Kristin also writes a woman’s golf column for the Las Vegas Review Journal. Prior to Las Vegas, she taught at the Kapalua Golf Academy, Maui, Hawaii and Mayfield Country Club, Cleveland, Ohio.
Kristin graduated from Upper Arlington High School in Columbus, Ohio, home of the Golden Bears and also where Jack Nicklaus is an alumnus. She also received a Liberal Arts degree in East Asian Studies from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio.
Kristin likes to keep her golf lessons simple and understandable by focusing on basic swing fundamentals, which include: grip, alignment, posture and ball position. Her students work on these fundamentals using swing drills, training aids and video swing analysis. “I feel this is the best way to give students a clear understanding of how to make a change and why make a change with their technique.”
When Kristin’s not teaching golf lessons, she enjoys taking pictures and spending time with her two Beagles Tiger and Maile.
